Ruian Jianxin MFG established in year of 2005, is a leading professional die drop forging manufacturer, located in Wenzhou, China and Suqian,Jiansu,China. Our company specialized in customized all kinds of steel forgings involved in RV components,Railway forgings,mining machinery, construction machinery, automotive components, oil & gas industry, ect. We could serve drop forged components both in conventional die forging and precision forging process ranging from 0.05kg-50kg.Also machining ability we have.More than 300 all kinds of machining equipments including CNC,turning,drilling,milling,welding etc.

In our drop forging factory, there are total more 300 staff working here, with 250 workers, 15 enginners, 20 QC man, 5 sellers and 12 administrative staff etc. We have advanced production and testing equipments. Our production equipments consists of moulding equipments, forging equipments and machining equipments. Under the hard-working of all staff, we could reach an annual output 20000T forgings.

At present, 60% of our forgings are exported to overseas market, like America, Germany,Spain, Canada, Australia, ect. Our advanced process, complete production & testing equipments and experienced technical team, all helps to supply qualified forged products and good service. Currently, we are issued with TS16949, ISO9001:2008 certifications, lots of customers are turning to our company to produce drop forgings like auto parts, agriculture forging,trailer forging,oilfield pipe fittings, foundation drill bits,ect.
